REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE COMPANY CLOTHING AND MERCHANDISING SALES PLATFORM

Racing Bulls S.p.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as the owner of these regulations, aims to provide information regarding the use of the company sales platform PitStore (hereinafter referred to as the "platform"). The platform will be accessible via the website https://pitstore.racingbulls.com and will be exclusively reserved for employees and collaborators in Italy and the United Kingdom.

Purpose and Objectives
These regulations define the criteria and methods of access and use of the platform, which aims to provide Company personnel and collaborators with exclusive benefits on company products.

Target Audience and Access Conditions
The platform is reserved exclusively for active Company personnel, including employees with direct contracts, temporary workers, interns, and collaborators.

Access is granted upon prior registration, the registration procedure is described in the user manual (document: “User Manual_Company Sales Platform”), available for consultation and download on the Company Intranet (https://intranet/) under the "POLICY & TEMPLATE" section in the "Facilities – Services and Guidelines" folder.

Registration requires the entry of a unique code, which will be sent via Company email to those who possess it. For those who do not possess a company email address the code will be delivered through other methods which will be timely communicated. Access will be granted only after online acceptance of the platform's terms of use during registration.

Unauthorized third parties are prohibited from using the platform.

At the end of the working relationship, access to the platform will no longer be possible.

Platform Usage Guidelines
Buyers can access the platform to:
• View the catalogue of available products.
• Make purchases for personal use.

Each purchase is strictly personal and may not be resold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes, either directly or indirectly.

It is reminded, referring to section “5.4. CORPORATE UNIFORM” of the "Corporate Regulations", that all personnel is prohibited from wearing clothing bearing logos and sponsors from previous years within Company premises, even if purchased via the platform.

Categories and Identifiers of Purchasable Products
The platform includes products bearing names and/or logos currently in use, as well as those previously adopted, and products specifically designed for certain initiatives and/or events. The platform may include products from partner companies or created in collaboration with them.

Purchasable products are categorized by identifier, corresponding to the product name and title, e.g., "Track Shirt Scuderia AlphaTauri 2022 - Blue". This implies that in the "Clothing" category, products of different sizes but sharing the same name and title will have the same identifier. The identifier is visible on the platform.

Purchase Periods and Usage Limits
The platform will be active from 2 December 2024, 14:00 (GMT+1) and always accessible for browsing. Purchases, however, may only be made during designated purchase periods (hereinafter referred to as "stints").

The calendars for stints and any changes/cancellations to purchase limits will be communicated through the Company's official channels via the email account pitstore@racingbulls.com and/or published in the "News" section of the platform.

During each stint, only one order may be placed, containing a maximum of five products with different identifiers (section “Categories of Purchasable Products”). Once a purchase is completed, even if fewer than five products are in the cart, no additional orders may be placed until the next stint begins.

Ordering and Selection of Pick-Up Points
During stints, employees and collaborators may use the platform's search bar to locate and add to their cart up to five products with different identifiers, proceeding to purchase. Even if fewer than five products are included, it will be the only order permitted until the next stint.

To complete the order, users must select their preferred pick-up point via the platform's "radar buttons." The selectable pick-up points are the warehouses located at:

• (Italy): Via Morgagni 3, Faenza.
• (United Kingdom): Unit B4, Telford Road, Bicester.

Orders destined for the United Kingdom pick-up point may require longer delivery times due to necessary shipping. Shipping costs will be covered by the Company.

Payment and Order Collection
Company personnel and collaborators can make payments using the methods provided on the platform, indicated in the “User Manual_Company Sales Platform”, such as credit or debit cards.

The platform's currency is the Euro.

Once the order is completed and paid for, a confirmation email will be sent to the previously selected email address, indicating the order number.

Within 14 days of confirmation, a second email will inform users when the ordered products are available for pick-up at the chosen warehouse. Collection can occur during the times and days specified in the platform's "News" section and posted on noticeboards at the two Company locations.

At the time of collection, buyers must present the previously received order number and sign the designated registry following instructions from the assigned operator.

Collection must occur within three months of the order date.

To request an invoice, an email must be sent to finance@racingbulls.com, specifying the order number and providing complete billing details (including tax code). The invoice can only be issued in the name of the order's owner and cannot, under any circumstances, be issued to third parties.

Obligations of Authorized Users
Authorized users agree to:
• Use the platform exclusively for purchases as specified in the section “Platform Usage Guidelines.”
• Comply with all conditions outlined in these regulations.
• Ensure that purchased products are not used in a manner that poses a risk to themselves or others, indemnifying the Company accordingly.

Improper behaviour may result in the Company limiting or revoking platform access. Additionally, depending on the severity and/or frequency of such behaviour, the Company may take stricter disciplinary measures in accordance with current Company policies.

Amendments to the Regulations
The Company reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time. Amendments and any future updates will be communicated to Company personnel and collaborators via email and/or published in the "News" section of the platform, and posted on noticeboards at the two Company locations.

General Information

Paid orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Buyers must verify the conformity and absence of defects in purchased products at the time of collection. By signing at collection, buyers declare the products to be conforming and free of defects, becoming the owner.

As this is a company sale, no legal warranties or right of withdrawal apply.

Refunds will only be provided if the Company is unable to deliver the products.

Delegation of third parties for collection is not allowed; orders must be collected exclusively by the person who placed them.

Terms and Conditions for the Use of Personal Data
Registration on the platform via the website http://pitstore.racingbulls.com implies acceptance of the privacy policy contained therein and of these regulations.

Data will be processed by external companies "Shopify" and "Syscons Group," as well as by the Company for sales-related purposes.
